Quality Ingredients
Real butter, Belgian chocolate, seasonal fruit, and carefully chosen flours — never shortcuts that dull flavor.
Our story
A Quezon City cake studio devoted to beautiful, delicious cakes that gather people around the table.
How We Began
Sweet Moments Cake Studio started in 2018 in a small kitchen in Teacher’s Village. Founder and baker Elena Cruz baked her first custom birthday cake for a neighbor’s daughter — a simple vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and a handwritten name plaque.
Word traveled quickly. Weekend orders became weeknight sketches, and the dining table turned into a decorating studio. What never changed is the way we work: one cake at a time, designed for a real person and a real occasion.
Today we create wedding tiers, bento cakes, dessert boxes, and celebration cakes for families across Metro Manila — still in small batches, still with the same care as that first order.
Our Mission
We measure success in quiet moments: a child blowing out candles, a couple cutting the first slice, colleagues pausing a busy day to share something sweet.
The Sweet Moments Difference
Real butter, Belgian chocolate, seasonal fruit, and carefully chosen flours — never shortcuts that dull flavor.
Piping, layering, and finishing are done by hand so every cake has a personal, artisanal feel.
We design around your theme, venue, and guest count instead of forcing a catalog template.
From flavor pairing to packaging, we finish the small things that make a cake feel considered.
The People Behind the Cakes
Founder & Head Baker
Elena trained in pastry in Manila and refined her style through years of custom orders. She leads flavor development and wedding cake design, and still personally finishes every multi-tier cake that leaves the studio.
Pastry Chef
Marco oversees sponges, fillings, and our dessert boxes. He is known for balanced sweetness and for the studio’s ube cheesecake and burnt Basque recipes.
Cake Designer
Sofia translates mood boards into edible design — sugar flowers, color matching, and the delicate details that make a cake photograph beautifully.
Quality & Passion
We start with your occasion, guest count, flavors, and design notes — then propose a cake that fits the moment.
Sponges and fillings are prepared close to pickup or delivery so the cake stays tender.
Decorating happens slowly: smooth buttercream, florals, lettering, and a final quality check.
